HQ terms of use

Version: 2026-09-10. Hofudstodvarnar (HQ) is a private tool for its owner’s creative work. It does not offer public accounts, subscriptions or access to customers.

Owner-only access: YouTube features are restricted to the owner and her explicitly authorized workflows. Connection and publication controls are managed in the private dashboard. These terms do not themselves connect an account, enable an upload or grant permission to publish.

YouTube

HQ uses YouTube API Services. By using HQ’s YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.

Connect only a channel you are authorized to manage. The owner is responsible for rights to the video and text, and for selecting the correct audience, disclosure and privacy settings. Connecting a channel is not permission to publish: account approval and approval of the exact content remain separate.

When separately authorized and activated, the upload workflow first uploads a video privately and then checks its processing and approved visibility. A pending, uncertain or private upload is not proof of public publication. Provider limits, permission changes and outages can interrupt the workflow; an uncertain outcome needs verification before another attempt.

Access and privacy

Access to the private dashboard is restricted to the owner and the workflows she explicitly authorizes. Do not share its password or credentials. Read the HQ privacy policy before connecting; it explains data use, recipients, revocation and deletion requests.

HQ is not provided, sponsored or endorsed by Google or YouTube.
